SHIPPING POLICY

United States and Internationally

  • Each item's shipping cost is calculated per weight.
  • The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  • Please note we will not offer compensation or reshipments for lost/stolen packages or lost/stolen pick-up slips.
  • Should you choose to order internationally with us, please note that SmoothieCompany.com is not responsible for the country’s duties and tariffs, or any delays due to customs issues. We suggest you review your countries local import policies before inquiring with us to ship internationally.

  • All international orders are final sale and we do not provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, fees, or if your package is not deliverable due to your countries import restrictions.

Tracking Numbers

  • You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us at customerservice@smoothiecompany.com and we will be happy to send it to you. 

  • If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery then we will have our shipping center open a service ticket with UPS to investigate. This process can take one week to a month. If UPS deems the package lost or stolen, then a separate claim will be made.

  • Please note that if tracking indicates it has been delivered and UPS can not resolve the issue then we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
