SHIPPING POLICY
To the United States
- US shipping is FREE on orders over $100.00.
- US orders under $100 there is a flat fee of $7.95.
- The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- Please note we will not offer compensation or reshipments for lost/stolen packages or lost/stolen pick-up slips.
- At this time we are only able to ship within the United States.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Tracking Numbers
- You should receive a follow up email after you order with a tracking number. If you for some reason do not receive it, kindly email us at customerservice@smoothiecompany.com and we will be happy to send it to you.
- If your package did not arrive but your tracking number has confirmed delivery then we will have our shipping center open a service ticket with UPS to investigate. This process can take one week to a month. If UPS deems the package lost or stolen, then a separate claim will be made.
- Please note that if tracking indicates it has been delivered and UPS can not resolve the issue then we are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages.
